For safety sake we invented the Auto Start System, no switches or magnets to start the motor, just put the Koniki in the water and it will start itself, the motor will run its preset time. We have developed a kontiki that uses a sonar fish finder and we have patented it!!When the kontiki is travelling out and comes across a school of fish the sonar circuit will determine the size of the school and if the biomass signal is great enough the kontiki will carry on until the hook section is over the school and the kontiki motor will stop. No need to send the kontiki out over the horizon past all the fish. |
